An ISF corporal who was in Hariri's convoy at the time of the blast testified that Hajj, then-head of the Internal Security Forces, arrived at the site of the explosion and immediately asked whether ISF officer Wissam al-Hasan had survived the blast.Hajj did not ask about Hariri, the unnamed ISF corporal told the court.The ISF corporal, who was badly shaken and physically wounded by the explosion, said that he got into an argument with Hajj at the blast site.Hajj was unconcerned by Hariri's death, the corporal testified.
