Lebanon's judiciary issued an indictment Monday against 19-year-old ISIS militant Omar Mikati, who allegedly confessed to shooting dead a policeman in Tripoli and beheading a Lebanese soldier on the outskirts of Arsal in separate incidents last year.The indictment charged Mikati with belonging to ISIS and killing the policeman. The indictment said Omar Mikati conspired with five other militants to shoot at Army soldiers and citizens from the Alawite and Shiite sects in Tripoli on different occasions.The indictment also quoted Omar Mikati's confession in which he describes killing 43-year-old Tripoli policeman Butros al-Bayea.Mikati was arrested by the Army on March 24 of this year when he was traveling from Arsal to Tripoli.
