At least four soldiers were wounded Friday in a bomb targeting their patrol in northeast Lebanon, a source told The Daily Star. The source said the army patrol had been heading back to its base after inspecting the site of Friday's explosion when the blast went off.The bombing disabled the army vehicle and wounded four soldiers, prompting the rest of the patrol to shoot into the air to prevent citizens from approaching the site of the explosion. The source added that the patrol came under fire after the explosion from a nearby Syrian encampment, prompting the army to respond to the source of fire.
