Chaos and fear reigned in the aftermath of deadly twin suicide blasts Thursday in Beirut's densely populated southern suburb of Burj al-Barajneh as residents rushed to gather news of loved ones and authorities secured the area to prevent further attacks. The neighborhood has a public market as well as a large number of residential buildings in addition to a husseiniyah. The attack took place during evening rush hour. A third suicide bomber died in the second blast, according to Health Minister Wael Abu Faour.Suddenly, the men began firing machine guns in the air and ordering bystanders to leave the site. One young man clawed at the suspect's ear and was pushed back by the Army soldier.Although residents claimed there was a fourth bomber, the Army and security forces did not immediately confirm that statement. Most were sent to Al-Sahel, Bahman and Al-Rassoul Al-Aazam hospitals.Between agony and rage Ali punched the walls and asked God why he had taken his father so soon.
