Progressive Socialist Party leader MP Walid Jumblatt has expressed disappointment over this week's two-day legislative session, saying it failed before it began.Jumblatt criticized some of the laws approved by Parliament in a Thursday session, such as a bill that would see increased spending on the army's infrastructure, asking why such funds weren't included in grants offered by other countries.Another $1 billion Saudi grant was announced in August 2014 for Lebanese security forces.Jumblatt went on to criticize the Parliament's failure in addressing the growing public debt in Lebanon, as well as corruption in the state's institutions.
