The Future parliamentary bloc Tuesday welcomed Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah's call for a political settlement in Lebanon, urging a concrete plan to be put into action. The bloc also strongly condemned the double suicide attack that rocked Beirut's southern suburbs last week, lauding the solidarity of the Lebanese people after the incident. In a statement read out by MP Ziad al-Qadri, the bloc described Nasrallah's recent call for dialogue and a political settlement as "positive". The bloc said it hoped the solidarity the country has witnessed in the aftermath of the bombings on Thursday will be able to steer the country away from any strife.
