A Free Patriotic Movement lawmaker Friday warned that water to the capital Beirut will be shut off next week if a license is not granted to start work on the controversial Janna Dam.FPM MP Simon Abi Ramia accused former Prime Minister and head of the Future parliamentary bloc Fouad Siniora of disrupting the project. A number of studies on the project have indicated that the dam would not be suitable for the site, head of Parliament's Public Works, Transport, Energy and Water Committee Mohammad Qabbani has said.
