Lebanese soldiers arrested two suspected militants in fresh raids across northern Lebanon's Tripoli Friday, as General Security announced the arrest of a would-be suicide bomber.A security source said Khodr, who goes by the name "Tayyar" and is wanted on terrorism charges over last year's battles against the Lebanese Army in Tripoli, was arrested during the dawn raids in the Tripoli neighborhoods of Qibbeh, Abi Samra and Bab al-Tabbaneh and Jabal Mohsen. The raids, which began after the Nov. 12 double suicide bombings that left 46 people dead and more than 200 wounded in Burj al-Barajneh, also targeted the homes of suspects in Majdlaya and the village of Bhenin in the Dinniyeh district.
