At a Friday meeting headed by Prime Minister Tammam Salam at the Grand Serail, senior officials confirmed that the National Social Security Fund would continue to manage the Emile Bitar Hospital in Batroun. Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk and Finance Minister Ali Hassan Khalil were present at the meeting, as were Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi, Telecommunications Minister Boutros Harb, Lebanese Forces MP Antoine Zahra, NSSF Director General Mohammad Karaki, and the acting head of the NSSF board of directors, Ghazi Yehya.
