The Lebanese Army said Friday it arrested the suspected killer of a kidnapped soldier as he tried to fly out of the country from the Beirut airport using a fake passport.It added that he is affiliated to the Nusra Front, and is close to Abu Malek al-Talli, the group's commander for the Qalamoun branch in Syria which is entrenched on Lebanon's northeastern outskirts.The army said he admitted to shooting dead Lebanese soldier Mohammad Maarouf Hammieh in September 2014 on Arsal's outskirts.Hamieh was one of the more than 30 Lebanese servicemen abducted by Nusra and ISIS militants in August 2014 during a five-day battle with the army.
