The Internal Security Forces boosted national security preparedness Thursday with the launching of new U.S.-funded tactical training facilities in Aramoun.The newly established Tactical Training Village provides the ISF with the capacity to introduce training programs to better prepare its forces to conduct operations in an urban environment.The education of the cadets within the village will center on scenario-based programs.Such scenarios range from VIP protection, to hostage rescue operations and defensive vehicle driving drills.All training activities are to be documented via video footage in order to be reviewed and analyzed by experienced officers at their conclusion. The village also includes a new forensics training program and pertaining facilities.
