Agriculture Minister Akram Chehayeb is waiting for Hezbollah and Amal to specify a location in the northern Bekaa that could be used as a sanitary landfill, he told The Daily Star Monday.The government has failed twice to find a space to establish a sanitary plan in the Bekaa Valley, part of the government's plan proposed by Chehayeb.Chehayeb said Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk was working on resolving some obstacles facing the project in Srar, which he said had resulted from the delay in locating a space for the Bekaa Valley landfill.
