General Security Thursday announced the arrest of what it said was a prominent ISIS leader and other suspected militants who were based in the southern Palestinian refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh.It said via its Twitter account that the main suspect, who was not identified, was a "legitimate leader" of an ISIS cell plotting to carry out attacks in Lebanon. The General Security statement said another suspect, identified by the initials Z.K., told interrogators he headed to ISIS's self-declared capital of Raqqa in northern Syria, and that he had met with ISIS leaders to coordinate attacks in Lebanon.
