Contempt Judge at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon Nicola Lettieri scheduled for Sept. 18 the judgment in the controversial case against Al-Jadeed s.a.l. and journalist Karma al-Khayat.The case began in April, and stems from a series of broadcasts aired by Al-Jadeed television station in 2012 entitled "The Witnesses of the International Tribunal," which revealed information about the alleged confidential witnesses at the STL. Khayat and Al-Jadeed both pleaded not guilty to the charges against them.
