Logistical preparations were underway Tuesday to arrange the conference hall that is to host the much anticipated dialogue session called for by Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri. The main political parties represented in Parliament are expected to participate in the session, except for the Lebanese Forces. Reaching consensus on these two issues will decide the fate of future dialogue sessions.Parliamentary sources have said that the March 14 camp will insist on holding a presidential election first and are against the proposal of Free Patriotic Movement leader Michel Aoun – backed by allies Hezbollah and Amal – to hold new parliamentary elections before presidential polls are conducted.
