A judge recommended Thursday the death penalty for a man who stabbed to death an individual over a road rage incident July.Beirut Investigative Judge George Rizk charged Tarek Yateem with first-degree murder after he was found guilty of murdering George al-Reef by stabbing him15 times. "We are going to appeal the decision," Yateem's lawyer Saydeh Habib told The Daily Star. She said that the judge was applying Article 549, or the death penalty, of the Lebanese penal code.
