Future Movement leader Saad Hariri called on Lebanese Forces head Samir Geagea to drop his support for Michel Aoun and endorse Sleiman Frangieh for the presidency to deal a blow to Hezbollah. While Geagea announced his support for his war-time foe Aoun during a historical reconciliation ceremony in January, Hariri publicly endorsed his political rival Frangieh in February, upon his return to Lebanon from a self-imposed exile.Separately, Hariri touched on the recent verdict issued by the Military Tribunal to jail former Minister Michel Samaha to 13 years, saying the decision was in everybody's benefit.
