The Free Patriotic Movement visited three more political parties Wednesday as part of its recent decision to spearhead the lobby for a new electoral law. An FPM delegation composed of MPs Alain Aoun, Ziad Aswad and Walid Khoury visited Marada Movement head MP Sleiman Frangieh in the Marada stronghold town of Bneshaai early Wednesday to discuss alternatives to the current 1960 electoral law.Berri reiterated his agreement with the FPM on a new electoral law.Another FPM delegation headed by MP Ibrahim Kanaan visited the Syrian Social Nationalist Party and the Tashnag Party Wednesday.The FPM has recently undertaken to visit all major Lebanese parties to propose separating the talks over a new electoral law from the process of Cabinet formation.
