A slow response by Civil Defense members following a fatal collision in Sidon Thursday sparked outrage over poor equipment after it took emergency responders over an hour and a half to recover a corpse from the crushed vehicle.Citizens flocked to the scene to offer assistance, but Sousi was killed by the initial impact. Sidon's citizens were outraged at the events and decried the lack of adequate equipment available at the regional Civil Defense center in Sidon, the south's largest.Sidon resident Marwa Safadi held the city's MPs and the Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk responsible.
