Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil hailed the international community for changing the language of a U.N. resolution concerning displaced Syrians after fears that it would lead to the permanent settlement of refugees abroad.In a speech to the Munich Security Conference, Bassil scolded the international community for failing in its obligations toward small states. Bassil attended a meeting of the International Syria Support Group on the sidelines of the annual three-day Munich conference Thursday.
