The Cabinet should ask Hezbollah to refrain from interfering in the affairs of regional countries, Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea said in remarks published Friday.The diplomatic crisis with Saudi Arabia caused a deep rift between the political groups in Lebanon, with the March 14 alliance balming Hezbollah and Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil for the dispute with the kingdom.Hezbollah leader Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah has launched scathing campaigns against Saudi Arabia in the past few months, accusing Riyadh of backing terror groups in Syria and forging an alliance with Israel in its determination to topple Syrian President Bashar Assad. Geagea called on the government to press Hezbollah to withdraw from the conflicts in the region in order to solve the diplomatic rift.
