A judge Thursday rejected a request to release the son of deposed Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi, a judicial source told The Daily Star.Investigative Judge Zaher Hamadeh rejected a release request submitted by Hannibal Gadhafi's lawyer Boushra Khalil, the source said. Gadhafi is being held for questioning over the disappearance of Lebanese Imam Musa Sadr and his two companions during an official visit to Libya in 1978 . The source said that Judge Hamadeh has decided to keep Gadhafi in custody until the investigation is over.
