Hezbollah MP Ali Fayyad Sunday stressed the importance of reactivating Cabinet's work, saying that there was nothing preventing it from carrying out necessary appointments.Prime Minister Tammam Salam called on ministers to attend a Cabinet meeting Thursday with 140 items on the agenda, after a more than three month paralysis.Parties have disagreed over the Cabinet's voting-mechanism amidst a presidential vacuum, which has lasted since former President Michel Sleiman's term ended in May 2014 . The FPM, now headed by Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil, also vowed in October that it would boycott sessions until a new army commander and military council were appointed.
