The Change and Reform bloc Tuesday said that its decision to participate or not participate in a Cabinet meeting Thursday depends on developments leading up to the day.The FPM vowed in October that it would boycott Cabinet sessions until a new army commander and military council were appointed.Michel Aoun, founder of the FPM and head of the Change and Reform bloc, had pushed to replace Kahwagi with his son-in-law, former head of the Army Commandos Unit Brig.Bassil is also head of the Free Patriotic Movement, the bloc's leading party.The Free Patriotic Movement, along with the Kataeb party, voted against the plan.
