Free Patriotic Movement leader Gebran Bassil said Wednesday that his party is seeking to get Christian and other Lebanese factions united behind Michel Aoun's presidential candidacy.The Kataeb Party is now left without a presidential candidate since Lebanese Forces leader Samir Geagea pulled out of the race and endorsed Aoun two days ago, after a historical reconciliation between the two.Bassil later met with head of the Lebanese Democratic Party Talal Arslan at the former's house in Khalde, saying his party was keen on maintaining its ties with its allies.
