Four people were wounded by stray bullets in different incidents across Lebanon, police said Sunday, adding that they arrested two people for celebratory gunfire.Reports also emerged Saturday that an 8-year old boy had died in Beirut after being wounded by a stray bullet during celebratory gunfire over exam results.The draft law would sentence offenders to a prison term of six months to three years, and a financial penalty of eight to 10 times the country's minimum wage, which currently stands at LL675,000 ($450).
