Electricite du Liban Friday called on security forces to restore order at the company's headquarters in Beirut by ending a contract workers strike that prompted the closure of the customers' services section.The contract workers locked the customers' gate at the company's headquarters Wednesday.EDL contract workers have been working for private service providers since 2012 . But their contracts with KVA, BUS and NEU, which were brought on board to manage and restructure the company, are set to expire soon.
