Wednesday's meeting was supposed to be devoted to the telecoms issue, however Health Minister Wael Abu Faour had taken into the session with him the files of three patients who urgently need surgery outside Lebanon.Information Minister Ramzi Joreige, who spoke after the meeting ended, said Minister for the Displaced Alice Shabtini donated LL45 million ($29,870) for a child in need of surgery.In regards to the telecoms file, ministers are expected to continue discussing the issue tomorrow. Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil and Education Minister Elias Bou Saab, both members of the Free Patriotic Movement, criticized Harb as they entered the session.Industry Minister Hussein Haj Hasan and Shabtini both sounded skeptical before the meeting, as the former official believed that ministers will not finish looking into the case during Wednesday's session.
