Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri said Wednesday that the citizens must work seriously to bring the Lebanese youth back and give them hope. Hariri made his remarks at Zaitunay Bay as he sponsored the red carpet ceremony that marks the opening of the Beirut International Award Festival "BIAF" in its fifth session, to honor a number of creators from Lebanon and the world, in the presence of the organizers and many dignitaries.Hariri later thanked everyone who contributed to BIAF, saying this reflected their belief in Beirut and Lebanon.
