The Cabinet failed for the second time to discuss Lebanon's controversial Janna dam project during a meeting Thursday, adjourning talks on the project until next week.Education Minister Elias Bou Saab criticized the way the dam issue was being dealt with, saying there was no decision to end work on the project.Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil reiterated Saab's remarks, saying work on the dam were "ongoing".Bassil had initially proposed the dam when he was energy and water minister. Finance Minister Ali Hasan Khalil questioned why the dam was being brought up in Cabinet discussions, as it was a "technical" issue.Kataeb Party leader Sami Gemayel had warned last week of taking action against the dam if work on it continued.
