Resigned Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi Wednesday praised the Kataeb Party's decision to step down from government a day earlier, and blamed Hezbollah for Sunday's bomb attack on a local bank.Gemayel announced the resignation of Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi and Economy Minister Alain Hakim Tuesday.Commenting on the recent bombing that targeted BLOM Bank's headquarters in Beirut, Rifi said it was his belief that Hezbollah was behind the attack.Rifi said that the objectives behind the bank bombing will fail, as they did on May 7, 2008 when Hezbollah fighters took over parts of west Beirut.While no one has claimed responsibility for the attack, Rifi is among other politicians who have accused Hezbollah of involvement in it.
