Resigned Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi called on the Lebanese premier to dissolve the government, saying it provides a legal cover for his arch-nemesis Hezbollah.Rifi submitted his resignation in February, citing what he said was Hezbollah's domination over the government.Last week, Kataeb Party chief Sami Gemayel also announced the resignation of his two ministers over the government's inefficiency, but one of them, Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi, refused to go along with it and was consequently booted from the party.
