Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil arrived in Cairo Thursday to attend an Arab foreign ministers meeting at the height of a Saudi-Lebanese diplomatic row, for which he has been blamed by his opponents.Bassil has been criticized by the pro-Saudi March 14 bloc for abstaining from voting on a statement issued at an Arab foreign ministers summit in January over the classification of Hezbollah as a "terrorist group".The Gulf Cooperation Council earlier this month also classified Hezbollah as a "terrorist organization".
