The Economy Ministry announced Wednesday that tests on a number of bakeries showed wheat met safety standards, after reports from the Health Ministry indicated that wheat contained pollutants.Monday, the economy, health and agriculture ministers said they would work together to contain any crisis after high levels of carcinogens were allegedly found in samples of wheat. Health Minister Wael Abu Faour remains adamant that some imported wheat contains Ochratoxin but Economy Minister Alain Hakim insists there's no evidence.
