One Army soldier was killed and three others wounded when a roadside bomb targeted their convoy Thursday near a restive northeastern border town, the military said in a statement.The Army said the attack at 1 p.m. targeted a military patrol in an area located between Wadi Ata and Wadi al-Araneb on the outskirts of the northeastern town of Arsal. The Army bombarded militant hideouts in the area after the attack and sent reinforcements to the area.Several bomb attacks have targeted the Army in the area since then.
