Prime Minister Tammam Salam Wednesday indirectly scolded Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil for his continuous warnings against the naturalization of Syrian refugees in Lebanon and skepticism toward the international.Environment Minister Mohammad Machnouk, who represented Salam at the annual Arab banks conference at the Phoenicia Hotel in Beirut, praised last week's visit by United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to Lebanon, calling it a "significant" trip. The U.N. refugee agency has registered around 1.1 million Syrian refugees in Lebanon since the crisis erupted in 2011 . The Lebanese government estimates the actual number to be more than 1.5 million.
