Foreign Minister Gebran Bassil announced Thursday the beginning of the implementation of a law for people of Lebanese origin to gain the nationality."No matter how much we spread all over the world, our roots will remain in Lebanon," he added, inviting the Lebanese diaspora across the world to take advantage of the law.He said Lebanese consular and diplomatic missions in all areas with a large Lebanese community will begin all necessary procedures for Lebanese to gain citizenship.
