Interior Minister Nouhad Machnouk said a suspected has been arrested for allegedly buying votes in Sunday's municipal elections in the eastern city of Zahle.Machnouk said in a statement that police arrested Kh.L. who allegedly paid voters in the town to submit ballots for a specific electoral list, although he did not say which one.Three main parties are running against each other in the Zahle elections: The Parties List -- comprised of the Lebanese Forces, the Free Patriotic Movement, and the Kataeb Party -- the Development of Zahle List backed by Popular Bloc leader Myriam Skaff, and another list backed by Musa Fattoush, Nicolas' brother.
