Re-elected Sidon Mayor Mohammad Saudi Monday said that his hand is extended to everyone, one day after his list swept the southern city's municipal council.Saudi, backed by the Future Movement, Al-Jamaa al-Islamiya, and a number of prominent local politicians, garnered 15,436 votes compared to 8,195 votes garnered by the opposing list supported by the Popular Nasserite Organization headed by former Sidon MP Osama Saad."I extend my hand to the opposing ticket and its head Shaaban, whose speech was balanced," the mayor said.He said that the municipality, which after six years since his first election in 2010, now has around LL9 billion ($5.97 million) in cash.
