The Cabinet failed to discuss Lebanon's controversial Janna Dam during a session held Thursday.Environment Minister Mohammad Machnouk had earlier called for a restudy of the dam, saying his ministry's rejection of the project was not politically motivated.Economy Minister Alain Hakim from the Kataeb party said as he walked into Thursday's session that his party was not against the construction of the dam if it had no negative environmental impact.Kataeb Party leader Sami Gemayel had warned Tuesday of taking action against the dam.
