Outgoing Justice Minister Ashraf Rifi said Saturday that he will never allow the pro-Hezbollah March 8 coalition to expand its influence in Lebanon's second largest city of Tripoli.Rifi, who supports the rivaling ticket Tripoli's Choice, accuses them of facilitating the spread of Hezbollah's influence in the city.Rifi announced his resignation from the Lebanese government in February over what he called "Hezbollah's domination" of the executive body.The Future Movement has avoided directly confronting Rifi as both rely on the same support base.
