A Lebanese court Monday agreed to release on bail former MP Hasan Yaacoub, who is accused of being involved in the kidnapping of Hannibal Gadhafi.Last month, however, Germanos had rejected a request from Yaacoub's defense team to release him. Yaacoub and four others were arrested in December over alleged involvement in the abduction of Hannibal Gadhafi, the son of slain Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. However, the Yaacoubs continuously denied any involvement in the kidnapping of Hannibal.
