Despite resigning from the Cabinet along with another Kataeb Party minister some two months ago, Hakim was still at work at his ministry office this week.Having a business background with experience at Credit Libanais Group and Hermes T&T, Hakim was named Economy and Trade Minister in now-caretaker Prime Minister Tammam Salam's Cabinet in 2014 .However, among the most notable steps Hakim made was to present a first-ever economic outlook plan for Lebanon.Hakim downplayed the war of words between the Lebanese Forces and the Kataeb Party.
