The Lebanese government must improve employment opportunities for all, said Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri on Tuesday."Education and knowledge are the only means to build human capabilities and to achieve a qualitative advancement for the economy's potential, and to maintain [Lebanon's] distinctive advantages in the region and the world," Hariri said.He recalled his late father, former Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, who provided many Lebanese students with scholarships and employment opportunities.
