Lebanese and Palestinian Muslim scholars Wednesday issued a Fatwa that forbids the building of a security wall around the south Lebanon Palestinian refugee camp of Ain al-Hilweh.The Lebanese Army last week paused work on the contentious wall designed to surround the camp of Ain al-Hilweh after pressure from Palestinian local and international factions, as well as local officials.The army, however, urged Palestinian leaders in the camp to exert efforts to maintain security if the wall is not constructed.
