An event to promote cycling was held in the northern town of Amioun Sunday, aimed at encouraging residents to use bikes for transportation and leisure. Organized by the Social Way Association, the event was held in collaboration with the Amioun Municipality, Beirut By Bike and with the support of the Social Affairs Ministry. The event and bike rice entitled "Bike Koura #2" attracted cyclists of all levels, from professionals to amateurs and families.Professionals rode 23 kilometers while the amateur track was 10 kilometers long and the family track only 5 kilometers.
