A network of Syrians planning terror attacks across Lebanon have been arrested, General Security announced Thursday. Also Thursday, Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawan issued arrest warrants against four defendants over a plot to bomb recent Ashoura commemorations.The network was allegedly seeking to destabilize security in Lebanon.The state-run National News Agency reported that Judge Fadi Sawan had issued formal arrest warrants against four of the nine defendants.Sawan also issued two indictments against four defendants Thursday – two Lebanese and two Syrians.
