The Cabinet session of Prime Minister Tammam Salam remained true to form Thursday, with a row between two ministers and a third upset.Ministers, who bid farewell to the government, approved a number of important items, but the meeting was not free of drama, as a dispute erupted between Social Affairs Minister Rashid Derbas and Education Minister Elias Bou Saab.Bou Saab later apologized to Derbas.Thursday's Cabinet session was significant as it came ahead of a parliamentary session slated for Monday to elect a president. Salam expressed hope that the session would be the last one, reiterating the need to fill the vacant presidential post, according to Labor Minister Sejaan Azzi.Before entering the Cabinet meeting, ministers were determined that this was to be their last session.
