A 12-year-old boy with a knack for antics has caused a stir in Lebanon after slipping through multiple security checkpoints at Beirut's international airport two days ago and flying to Istanbul in business class alone and undetected for most of the flight.Local daily As-Safir reported that Palestinian child Khaled Walid al-Shabti passed through each security checkpoint at the airport without being asked to present his passport.As-Safir said Lebanon's General Security began questioning Shabti as soon as the plane returned to Beirut.It was later revealed that the incident took place on Wednesday aboard Middle East Airlines flight ME 267 .Head of the airport Fadi al-Hassan announced in a statement that airport security was conducting a wide investigation into the incident, and that action will be taken against employees proven to be neglecting their duties.
