A Lebanese military judge Wednesday requested protection from security forces after a video threatening him and Lebanon's Military Tribunal surfaced online earlier in the day.First Military Investigative Judge Riad Abu Ghaida told The Daily Star that a "dangerous" video by an unknown group claiming to be comprised of Syrian Islamists threatened him and the Military Tribunal over a case involving two alleged Syrian intelligence operatives. Abu Ghaida last week requested the death penalty for Lebanese citizen Yousef Munir Fakher and Syrian national Mohanad Mousa for plotting to have Progressive Socialist Party chief Walid Jumblatt killed at the behest of Syrian intelligence.
